Important change to Lessons on Wednesdays
Modified By Will on 1/25/2008 10:54:25 AM)
I've decided to "un-limit" the number of lessons possible per paid "block" on wednesdays. If you want a lesson every week, that's totally cool. However, I have to both agree that lessons are worth while for your fencing (can't just take/give lessons to give you a false sense of progress....I see too many coaches and students doing this), and I have to have some sense of notice in advance, say sometime in the 24hrs before the practice. Exceptions might be for people who expressed an interest in a previous week, and we just didn't get to it for one reason or another, I will probably have the possibility of giving them a lesson in the back of my mind already.

So, that's it! You can take a lesson every week if you like, free with membership. Drop ins paying a floor fee are NOT able to take lessons, you have to buy at least one block of practices. And of course, as stated above, since you're paying for membership, and lessons are free, I can choose not to give lessons for a number of reasons, usually because that's not what you need IMO...in which case I'll explain what it is I think you do need to do. Usually that just means I want you to just work on something for a couple of weeks, THEN take a lesson.
