My son is 8 and we live in Glen Ellyn. My family doesn't know anything about fencing, but my son is interested in taking lessons and learning more about this sport. Where should I start?

well, for an 8 year old, I would recommend the classes I teach in Downer's Grove with the park district there. I offer some classes in Glen Ellyn as well, but they start at 10yo. The classes in Downer's start at 7yo. All equipment is provided, for more information or to register, check out www.dgparks.org or call 630-963-1300 (or reply with a question here!) I think the next series of classes there will begin in March.
