The first sections of a new NFC constitution which will totally change the way the club operates are currently availble to a few of the members, and will be discussed, and probably re-written a few times. When it's agreed to, substantial changes will take place to both this website, and the way the club handles where it fences, the activities that take place when it fences, and the entire structure of the club. More information when it's available....
